SeaCoast CrossFit is hosting Girls Gone RX for the second year! This is an all ladies, three person team competition! This event is sure to celebrate your hard work, empower you and serve as a chance to uplift other amazing bada$$ women. The event also helps to benefit the breast cancer charity, Compete For a Cure! So grab your gals and beach chairs for a day full of weights, sun and sand!

3-4-3 HERO WOD
Join SeaCoast CrossFit for a 3-4-3 HERO WOD with 50% of Proceeds Benefiting 911 Promise Inc. 911 Promise Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on providing financial assistance to the next generation of those who safeguard our local communities and country. 50% of all proceeds from Operation Honor Heroes will benefit the 911 Promise scholarships which are available to qualified children of first responders and military service members who have been killed or injured and are unable to hold employment.

FREE Community Workout led by SeaCoast CrossFit Coaching Staff! While we await the construction of the gym to be completed, we want to get started helping you reach goals! Join us for a free workout that will involve bodyweight movements and limited equipment. Just bring some water and a smile and get ready for fun! Meet at the pull up bars near the dog park at Long Leaf Park.
