  • Whether you need help getting out of pain, getting healthy, learning a specific lift or skill, or preparing for a competition, SeaCoast has you covered!  We use personalized movement analysis, lifestyle assessment, progressions, drills and top-notch programming to help meet all your needs.  With individual attention, we serve as your teammate on your journey to reaching your goals and beyond.

  • “The whole is greater than the sum of the parts!”  Whether it is an athletic or corporate team, SeaCoast Team Training will help you strengthen as a whole.  We believe that every teammate learns from each other and helps each other overcome obstacles.  Whether it is success or a learning opportunity, when experienced as a group, it will boost morale, camaraderie, promote better teamwork and improve communication. We prepare a custom workout plan so that your team can prepare and rise to the specific challenges they face. We incorporate CrossFit style workouts, endurance work, strength work and mindset work to help you rise and smash your goals.

  • SeaCoast CrossFit classes create exceptional results for better movement and more fit people!  We develop and enhance your fitness and longevity through workouts that will both meet your level of ability and intensity, as well as increase your core fitness.  Group fitness boosts accountability, efficiency and individual output.  We ensure that in group workouts you will feel both challenged and supported which ultimately creates an electric atmosphere of growth and fun.

  • You can’t out-train a bad diet!  SeaCoast believes that what we put in our mouth has a direct impact on how we sleep, feel, perform and interact with others.  Want to feel your best, be your best and perform your best?  We will help to educate and guide you into understanding food, its impact on our everyday health and lives, and help you feel and look your best.

  • The vision of SeaCoast CrossFit is so much bigger than just CrossFit.  We’ve been blessed in so many ways, and in our eyes, it’s our responsibility to serve and bless others.  Because of the love we have for our community and the passion we have for paying it forward, we have committed to setting aside a percentage of every SeaCoast CrossFit membership and total monthly revenue to provide memberships to at-risk youth in the Wilmington area.  We believe that CrossFit and a healthy lifestyle should be accessible to all.  We believe that healthy habits are learned early and we want to provide an environment where these kids can train, develop healthy habits, build meaningful relationships, and realize their true potential.

  • This involves four 1-1 sessions with a Coach. In these sessions, we complete a mobility and strength balance assessment, discuss health history and goals. We then teach all CrossFit movements in detail and at the end of each session, we incorporate a mini CrossFit WOD. The purpose of Foundation is for us to get to see where your challenges may be so that we can better coach you as you begin your SeaCoast journey. Additionally, it allows us time to personally teach the movements just to you so that you can feel confident and secure when starting in a class environment. Foundations On-Ramp is encouraged for anyone with less than a year of experience with CrossFit.
